Sluggish economy claims two Georgia JcPenney stores

Two JcPenney stores in Georgia will soon close their doors. Both the Associated Press and Albany Herald report that two stores in the metro Atlanta area are among the six outlets that will go out of business.  However, the Albany store will stay open.  Additionally, 20 stores and two outlets will soon shut down.
