Valdosta 3rd poorest MSA in U.S., report says

Valdosta is the third poorest metropolitan area in America.  That's what a recently released report says.

247wallst.com reports that Valdosta ranked third behind two metro areas in Texas, with Brownsville coming in second, and McAllen topping the list.
