Church breaks ground on expansion
A Southwest Georgia church is set to break ground on a major expansion of its campus later tonight (Sunday).
The Albany Herald reports that Sherwood Baptist Church will spend $25 million on the multi-year expansion project. The Albany-based facility has raised over $1.7 million for the campaign thus far.
